Our goal is to identify technologies, methodologies, and approaches to achieve your objective. Preparing for Discovery Call Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. To ensure the discovery call is productive, please come with a clear understanding of your problem statement and objectives. This will allow us to start asking the right questions to solidify an initial understanding of your data ecosystem and goals. This exercise also provides an opportunity to assess alignment between the consultant and the consultee. How Much will this Cost? One of our core values is leveraging technology to do more with less. Accordingly, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Consulting Engagement Overview To ensure we deliver the most value to our clients, we onboard no more than five clients at a time. As such, we are selective about whom we contract with. We enjoy partnering on projects and with leaders who excite us and drive impact. As part of our NDA process, we do not consult with organizations that pose a conflict of interest or operate in a similar industry or domain as an existing client. We deliver in two-week development increments (sprints), solicit buy-in, and present the details to help you make informed data driven decisions. Please include as many details as you can so we can be well prepared for the consultation and make the most of our time together.
